In all cases this system will provide the party's names, the assigned child support office, and current balances and other accounting information. To determine the status of an order, whether or not there is a legal action in progress to establish or modify an order, please login to the case status system.

Note: If you obtain information fraudulently or without specific authorization, you may be subject to civil and/or criminal prosecution.

Parents and families - Parents and caretaker relatives may use this system to learn basic information about their case. For more information than is provided on this site, please contact your case worker.

Attorneys and court employees - Use the information in this system as needed to establish, modify, or enforce a child support order, to determine whether an order or proceeding already exists, and to determine whether support rights are assigned to the state of Oregon.

Title companies and escrow agents - Contact the Title and Escrow Assistance Desk by email or phone to discuss any real estate transaction. All requests for case information/balance must be faxed.

Other state agencies, including other states' child support programs - Use this system as needed to establish, modify, or enforce a child support order, to determine whether an order or proceeding already exists, and to determine whether support rights are assigned to the state of Oregon.
